So I had a cup of water (less than 1/2 full) and when I was driving I accidently set my iphone in the cup. I didn’t notice it RIGHT away, but I noticed it fairly quickly. I took it out of the case and was shaking it to get the water out from the bottom and also kept pushing the home button to get water out that was around there. When I got home, the voice control kept randomly popping up and the home button wasn’t being very responsive. I came upstairs and blow dryed it for a few minutes, and it still continued to act the same way. I plugged it into the computer and it still charged fine, and it never shut off. After I little bit it stopped having problems and hasn’t done anything since. I turned it off and set it in a bag of rice for the overnight hours. If anyone has any knowledge about this do you think my iphone will be okay? I’m not keen on paying for another one and I really don’t want to go back to my old phone. I would just like some more information about this if anyone has an similiar experiences!
